Dear Vodafone,
I have a Vodafone Kabel-Contract.
My tariff is Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable.
But I always have problems with the speed of Internet connection and I lose Internet connection very often (several times per day).
I used the most reliable in the World speed test - speedtest.net and my Internet-speed is 110-219 Mbps.
I measured the speed with cable, without using Wi-fi.
The test in Vodafon-site is about 430 Mbps.
It shows, that Vodafon speedtest is a lie (as it's not independent speed test and is not reliable) and real speed of connection is not even close to what we have in the agreement -1000 Mbps (and even it is not reliable either).
I want to canсel my contract and change the provider or as minimum to change my tariff to the lower tariff (to make it closer to the real speed of Internet connection).

My routrer started to restart several times per day during at least one week.
Can you change it immediately?

The router should be changed ASAP, as it restarting on its own several times per day. Then we can check the speed again, but so far you have never supllied us with 1Gb (even not close). So I assume the tariff should change as well, but we can check once again when new router arrives

I HAVE CHANGE THE ROUTER, BUT THE PROBLEM IS STILL HIER. NOW I PAY 76 EURO , BUT I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AS EARLIER THE SPEED IS AWFUL!!!!!!
CHANGE OUR TARIFF IMMEDIATLY!!!!!!

we understand you without screaming. I can send a technician if you like. The colleague is free of charge, unless it's on the home network.
Would that be okay and will the colleague come with you to the home system?
Under which phone number can the colleague make an appointment with you?
The second thing is that due to current developments we have to take certain precautions. Therefore, we need to know if there are any symptoms in your household that could be related to Covid-19. We don't want to offend you, of course, but on the other hand we don't want to put more people at risk unnecessarily.
