Hello,
It is not working.
For 3 days now I will not be able to solve the problem occassionally.
Please help to resolve this problem. I could provide the customer number if needed.

Which product do you have? (eg Internet + Telephone 32) -> 100Mbps cable
Which modem / router do you use? (eg Hitron) -> Hitron
Do you use a loan device or do you have your own device? -> Loan
Which error occurs? (Speed too slow, website unavailable, etc.) -> No connection
Which browser do you normally use? (eg Firefox) -> Chrome
Which operating system do you have on your computer? (eg Windows) -> Windows
Start and duration of the disturbance (early April, permanent) -> 7/9/2018

that doesn't sound so good, sorry 😞 I would like to have a look at the connection to be able to clarify everything further, can you please send me your customer data (customer number, name, address) via private message?

Hello Tobias,
Thank you for your reply I gave a call to vodafone and they had the connection checked. Turn it out to be a problem outside the house and now everything is okay.
