Hello
I have contract Red Internet & Phone 400 Cable and starting from this year I have really bad connection in Leipzig (04229). Every 1-2 hours during the day I have disconnect from Internet for 1-2 minutes.
Plus starting from August you will double the price. I don't want to pay for such a bad service so I want to close my contract. How can I do it?

And one more question: in my contract I see info that I can change my tariff to, for example, Red Internet & Phone 32 Cable after first year but I don't see this option in my account (https://kabel.vodafone.de/meinkabel/vertraege/tarifwechsel). Here I see Red Internet & Phone500 Cable and 1000 Cable only. My question is: why?

Connection still very unstable: every two-three hours we have a disconnect for few minutes (and it started this year).

A technician must check the connection on site, as a few values are outside the norm, timeouts and frequency changes occur. Do you agree with a technician and can you provide access to the house system?

Yes, I am agree but it happens very randomly and I am not sure that technician can check it without sitting up all day and checking. Plus, for example, today there is no disconnection from morning till now.
Somedays it happens every few hours but somedays only 1-2 times per whole day.
