Router is worse after chaning new router

I am living in 01127 Dresden, Wurzener str 27. After changing new router as vondafone’s suggestion and having the issue with wifi access worse.

If somw device is far with router and lost connection with internet.

There is no mail address - only the hotline as well as WhatsApp.

Anyhow - Vodafone does not guarantee for any speed or range of their WiFi routers, so if you got WiFi issues, you will have to fix them on your own or get people to help you on your own expenses.
