Ping spikes - at any time of the day or night

Dear Madame or Sir;

My problem is ping spikes. It doesn't matter day or night everytime having ping spikes. Sometimes it's not happen for 1 or 2 hours but then it start again. Normally my ping is around 25 - 33 but with spikes it become more than 600 - 700, sometimes even thousand.

I restarted my router. Change kable. Change ethernet cable. Tried with different computer. Try to use different DNS options.

Unfortunatelly I couldn't reach anyone on phone or whatsapp who can speak English. Then I have to try here. Need an urgent help please.

• Contract: Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable
• Modem / Router: Vodafone Station
• Error: Ping Spikes randomly every 10 seconds or 10 minutes
  
• Modem connection: Both LAN Wi-Fi
  
• Browser: Firefox
  
• Operating system: Windows 10
  
• Start and period of the fault: 1 month ago
  
• What measures have been taken by the fault hotline: I tried whatsapp and telephone but I couldn't reach anyone can speak English
