Hello,
I have a tariff red internet &Phone 100 cable since June 2018 and since the first day of the contract I always had problems with internet. Either the speed was too small or at least twice a week there was no internet at all, and always when I was inquiring about this problem I was told that there are some works on the line or something similar.
I am extremely unsatisfied and frustrated with your services. Now, my patience is reaching its limit, since two days there's no internet again and I have to go to my friends places just to upload the pictures and send them to the clients. I work as a part time photographer and I am losing money when I don't have an internet connection!!! I cannot do a lot of thing from home now because of this!!
I want to use my right as a client and cancel my contract as soon as possible, cause I am not satisfied with the services, I pay 50€ a month and nearly half of the month there's no internet at all.

I can have a look at the connection 🙂 Do you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract owner) via private message?

Your router is online, the values are okay.
Do you use an ethernet connection or WiFi?
