Hello,
I'm a Vodafone red 500 customer and since Tuesday 19-5 I have no internet. My router internet LED is blinking in red color.
I called customer support the next day (20-5) in the morning and I've been told there is a central problem that should be resolved by 15:00. I waited and it wasn't resolved so I called again and the customer service said they'll send a technician today and no one came or called.
I called again from 30 minutes ago and the customer service told me that no technician is coming and the nearest date for a technician to come is Tuesday 26-5.
This is seriously outrageous. Please help!

I just replaced my coaxial cable and the internet worked again.
