Hi,
I'm English speaker and I have just signed an Internet home (Kabel modem) Vodafone concract.
I received the modem/router Wednesday 26th Feb.
I successfully connected Kabel router with multimedia- adapter cable into the TV port at my wall. Then I have connected the DATA socket to the router.
When I connect my computer to the router via WiFi or Ethernet cable, I can not access the internet because the connection status show modem is offline.
Power Led is on and red blinking light has been flashing .
I have logged into the router and I see there is no upstream channel/ outbound connection.
I went to a Vodafone shop and asked for help but the staff said they could not do anything. And Because I do not speak German I can not talk to phone customer service.

I think a technician on site is necessary.
