My internet disconnects frequently throughout the day. I have to restart the router many times a day, It works again for a few minutes and then gone again. I have also noticed thatat sharp 10.30 PM and i have to get up and restart the router again.
It happens on all devices and is only resolved by restarting the router, but many times not even then.
Im writing this on my mobile as im waiting for the net to disconnect
One more issue: I cannot make any voip calls on whatsapp, or duo or facetime also. This is impacting me everyday a lot.
I am not able to work from home because of this, the frequent disconnects causes my citrix connection to work to crash. Please help.

Have you ever contacted the hotline? Is there already a trouble ticket?

Yes, they directed me to this forum. Unfortunately your hotline does not support English and my German isn’t good enough to get past the IVR to reach a agent. Even now my internet is off and the res light on the router is blinking. It’s getting to be a huge impact for me now, I’m recharging my data pack on the phone a lot

this is not a DSL ticket number.
Which tariff and modem are you using?
Is it a cable connection (multimedia socket) or DSL connection (phone socket)?

you wrote in your PM that the net connection works fine now but you still have troubles with VOIP calls. I assume you want to use Skype, Discord or a similar service? What exactly doesn't work there, are there disconnects or something else? Could you send us a tracert or Pingplotter where you tried to reach the affected service?
