My internet disconnects frequently throughout the day. I have to restart the router many times a day, It works again for a few minutes and then gone again. I have also noticed thatat sharp 10.30 PM and i have to get up and restart the router again.
It happens on all devices and is only resolved by restarting the router, but many times not even then.
Im writing this on my mobile as im waiting for the net to disconnect
One more issue: I cannot make any voip calls on whatsapp, or duo or facetime also. This is impacting me everyday a lot.
I am not able to work from home because of this, the frequent disconnects causes my citrix connection to work to crash. Please help.

Dear Vodafone,
I see that disconnects happening again, yesterday. Please can you check this issue again. I have already provided my details.
Also, to answer your previous query, I am not using discord or any server type config. I am just using the plain old whatsapp/Google Duo/Facetime app on the iphone/android phones to make calls. And this is frequently disconnecting. Even the audio calls have a very long lag that makes it impossible to have a conversation.

Could you send us a tracert or Pingplotter where you tried to reach the affected service?
