I have had no internet connection at my home since wednesday. After calling support, they told me to post here in order to arrange for a technician to come and check the wiring. I had the same problem a few months ago and it was caused by the workmen disconnecting the internet while working in the empty apartment below mine.
Please could somebody help me arrange a technician to come and fix the problem? I work from home and having 3 days without internet is not acceptable. Please let me know what additional details you need in order to fix the problem.

If there is work going on in the appartments below, then it'd be up to the technicians/workmen there fix the problem.
I'm afraid that if Vodafone sends you a technician and that technician analyzes the problem to be caused by such work, then it might be that you would have to pay for the technician.
