Hi.
I have earlier today been in a Vodafone store in Lübeck to try to resolve a problem with my new internet connection.
After having received the router, I plugged it in but there is just a blinking red light in the "Internet" status.
I reported this in the store and a ticket was created to either try to resolve this by Vodafone technicians and if this was not possible let me know via SMS when a technician would come to my apartment and fix the problem.
The ticket is however now closed and the status is resolved, but I still have no internet connection, and I have gotten no information about a technician coming to fix it.
Can someone help me get further in this case? Would really like some internet soon 🙂
