No English Help available!! my vodafone account is in a mess since January 2018!!

Hello..I moved from Erlangen to Hamburg in December 2018. Ever since then i have been trying to call vodafone to try & fix issues with my internet, TV as well as Landline but i cannot get any english speaking person to help me!!

I dont speak Deutsch and i just cannot get any help in English. I visited the vodafone shop atleast 3-4 times but everytime i am given a number to call but NO HELP!! 

What can i do??

Please tell us what exactly you need help with, so we can try to find a solution for you.

What is wrng with MeinVodafone or your DSL/TV connection.

to make sure that you have opened your thread in the correct board, please tell us which tariff you are using. Thanks.
