Hello Sir,
My customer no. Is xxxxxx
Contract no. Is xxxxxx
I have bought vodafone internet connection on August 28, 2019.
It shows at my home address.
I have received router packet in few days.
I tried installing it at my home.
I can not see the light on internet facility in my router. What should I do?
I tried everything and router installation is correct. Can you check out your end? Will you send somebody at my place to check what is the problem?

Hello pallavi,
if the router doesn't connect, you need a technician. I can instruct this one. Please send me a PM with your customer data (name, address, customer number and date of birth). Then contact me here again when you have sent me the data.
