Hello,
I took the new Vodafone contract for Red Internet and Phone at Home for 1000 Mbits speed. I installed the router as per instructions but Interent not working and it's just blinking in red. Tried Vodafone Hotline to get technician help but unable to do because my German language is not that good yet.
I was told that installation is free of charge and will be done for me.
Can someone help me in getting Vodafone Technician to get this issue resolved.

It is a new contract and unable to use it for last 8 days now. It is very frustrating. Can you help me fixing this activation problem. Appreciate your urgent hekp.
