My internet (VDSL 50Mbps) speed is terribly slow in unstable!

Hey,

I've been using VDSL internet connection (50 Mbps) 2 months ago and my internet speed Is ridiculously SLOW especially in the evening! The speed drops from 47-50 Mbps to ~ 2 Mbps (slower than the upload speed!) For no reasons !! W ith both WLAN And LAN connections! I could not call the customer service. Guys, Would you please be so kind to help me fix this issue?

Hi Kareem,

at the moment our Backbone is regionally overloaded. We will extend the capacities as soon as possible.

We wrote an information about the issue in this thread.(only in german)
