My DSL internet is slow in the evening

Sorry, I'm still learning to speak in German.

I have "Red Internet and Phone 100 DSL"

From Wednesday (Feb 13th), in the evening the internet is only 2-4Mbps in both LAN and WLAN.

So I tried the speedtest in Network Expert and it also shows the same. Please see below.

2019-02-13 21:14:56 xxxx 3.2 Mbps 30.6 Mbps 113 ms 

2019-02-13 21:13:25 xxxx 2.5 Mbps 21.9 Mbps 112 ms 

2019-02-12 22:14:32 xxxx 4.2 Mbps 30.0 Mbps 115 ms 

2019-02-12 22:13:33 xxxx 3.9 Mbps 30.2 Mbps 122 ms

Can you please help here?
