I can connect to the cable network but then there is no internet or it is so slow that it does not work. I tried the speedtest and this is way too low (my contract is for 1000 Mb). I tried to check everything: the cable, the fritzbox, my computer... It doesn't work since my contract started a few days ago. I want to contact the customer service but they do not speak English. Is there any other way to talk with someone?
