Good day,
Today the Vodafone Technician came to my Hause in order to fix/repair the internet connection. (The internet is still super slow)
Therefore, the technician asked me to pay him 20€ so he could replace the socket on the wall, so I paid him as I trusted that the technician came from your side. However, I told the Vodafone salesman about it and he said that any repairs are free of costs.
Your advice is highly appreciated!!

the technician is usually free of charge. Did you get a receipt?
