Hello, since the beginning I've had performance issues with my internet connection. It's supposed to be 1 Gb but sometimes(too oftenly) is worse than a 2000s DSL, the fastest I have obtained was somewhere between 700-800Mbits/s. Saturday night (23:00-00:00), for example the Download speed was between 3 to 7 Mbits/s, while even upload was better at 12-15 Mbits/s. That happens everyday, the connection gets lost, no matter how many times I reboot the router. 

 

Please I need support with this, as it's unbearable.

I disagree, but well, nothing else to comment about it.

 

I would like to know how would be the process, given that Vodafone didn't fulfill his part in the contract by not providing enough upload speed, of voiding the contract and thus allowing me to change the service provider without any obligation with Vodafone.

You can terminate your contract as normal at the end of the contract.  There is no reason for an early termination of the contract.

 

However, we will be happy to help you if your connection is still faulty. What are the current speed test values measured with Lan?

Usually, a violation of the terms of a contract, voids the contract. Since Vodafone hasn't complied with the minimum upload speed (15 MBits/s for 1000 MBit/s service), why do you say there's no reason?

Your last disturbance order was in January. This does not justify a special termination.

However, if you want to cancel, then at the regular end of the contract period.

 

We will be happy to help you here if you have a fault. Send us current speed test results measured with LAN. When does the fault occur, the whole day or only at certain times?

Then we will check your connection.

Hello FrankDiana,

 

there are no conditions for a special termination. Termination for failure to provide contracted service with a reasonable deadline to remedy the problem. In written form not publicly in this forum.
