Hello Vodafone,

 

I am writing this message with loads of frustration.

 

I have been calling vodafone / Cable Germany for the past 11 days and I get no response or action. 

Mine is a new contract (Created by vodafone for Moving) and from day 1, I dont get any internet. I have called it roughly 25 times in the last 10 days and no one seems to clear my problem. I have even visited the shop. As a customer i am completely disappointed the way things are. 

On Oct 1st a technician came to my house, he failed to install, he went back. Then came another technician on Oct 8th who tried for 6 hours and went back saying i did to, but it does not work, call vodafone. I have been calling vodafone since then and not even a response back. 

 

Now I have already had two leaves for you and loads of time as well. Still i dont have internet. Please read me what to do now..I can provide you all details via a pm when asked for. i am seriously seriously disappointed.

What is vodafone English hotline number?

This is really frustrating..No internet from 3 weeks for a new customer. Technical hotline says write a post in community. Technician who comes for termin says contact technical hotline. Those people ask to talk to customer serive hotline and they again ask to call technical hotline. Its just a ping pong. I even wrote a letter for vodafone to cancel the contract as per customer service hotline suggestion and get a reply saying to create a new thread in community. Is this kind of joke. Does customer look like an idiot to you. If you dont solve the problem, cant provide service, just accept it and leave us.

i'm sorry that you're passed around here like with the ping pong, that's not how it should be. but, the hotline doesn't support english yet and we are the contact person. i assume that the technician didn't know that.

 

What does it look like? the modem is online so far and also the values are good. I'm sorry you had to wait so long here, too.

Hello Tobias,

 

Everything is the same. No improvement. All Leds are on. The modem is online as per technical hotline. But i cant even open google also. I have even tried with LAN. Nope doesnt work. "Ya thats what all technicians say, everything looks good. All values look good. But we dont know why it doesn't work." No help from anybody. For the info I conveyed the problem in German. I have made 100's of calls even my German is better now.

Hello.Just to give a feeling what is on vodafone speed test app..Many times Generally it fails to connect to check the speed, see pic 1. Sometimes it connection in speed test app  works and then for results see pic 2 on different days as well in attached doc. I cant even load google. Main info is that I cannot use internet at all and it is also tested by technician who visited my home and confirmed that internet is not available and no known reason

Nothing here also.No internet from one month for a new customer..By the way i didnt have internet till now..but u know what is prompt..the bill..I have already received my first month bill..Thats vodafone for u. You guys are real gentlemen. Have no words for ur 'customer service'..i have sent 2 posts for Sonderkündigungsrechts to beshwerdemanagment and no reply on it.  Advise me what else to do.i have written 5 emails, sent two letters, hundreds of calls, 6 termins and no use.

well okay, i would like to send you an technician who's gonna check the connection on your side. If he founds the problem he will fix it. If its a problem on your hardware/software you have to pay the technician.. could you send me a actually mobilenumber where the technician could contact you?

Hello Tobias,

 

There were 6 technicians so far at my home who are checking connections from the last 1 month . I am writing this in every reply. There was a senior technician at my home last Friday(26th October) as well. He told there might be an amplifier issue at nearest vodafone hub and some hardware technician should check this. Later i did not have any call/update. Every technician who comes says, Im from cableway and he is here just to check and vodafone must fix the problem.  For the info, The router is provided by vodafone. On Friday the technician even tried with his router and his devices and it didn't work. Is it only about money for you and not about service.This is too bad from your part. It is not my problem that you cant make it work. Why dont I get any response regarding bill or sonderskündigungrecht . pm'ed you my contact number.. But make a note I cant wait further . I have waited enough.You just reply once in 7 days and what should I do meanwhile..Keep waiting for your response.? And do you expect that I should suffer because of vodafone's problem.
