Hallo!
Over the past 4-5 days, the internet connection is lost every hour or so. I restart the router, the internet connects again then disconnects after an hour. It's been really frustrating, espcially during the day when I'm working from home.
Could you please help me with this issue? I'm connected to the router wirelessly. The lights for power, internet, and WIFI are all turned on, even when the internet disconnects.
My Router: vodafone TG3442DE

How are you connected to the internet, with LAN or WLAN?
In which federal state do you live?
Have you already performed a factory reset on the router? (press the reset button on the back of the router for 15 seconds, then the router restarts). The WLAN access data will then be the same as on the sticker.

Thanks for the reply.
I'm based in Hessen and I'm connected through WLAN.
I tried the factory reset, the internet worked for another hour then disconnected as usual. So it didn't solve the problem.
