Internet issues / slow download since 27th of August

Hi all , 

Does anyone else have internet issues in the 74889 area ? 1gb Internet was installed ( fritzbox 6591 ) on the 14th of August and for  almost 2 weeks everything was working perfectly ( maximum speed of 1gbps was reached) .

After the 27th of August the problem started and download speed is reduced on average under 10 mb/s . On the 30th of August it almost looked like the issue was solved , download speeds were up to 200-300 mbps. But on Monday it was back to being really slow , under 5mb/s. This really affects home office. 

Fritzbox restart did not help. Same slow download speed on both WLAN and LAN. There are no other devices near the Fritzbox. 
I also noticed something that looks really wrong in the Friztbox administration panel : only 22 download canals ( on Sunday there were more ) and a huge number of errors on canal 22.

Did the storm from last week affect the infrastructure in the area ? The Fritzbox is new and it worked for 2 weeks so I don't think it's the source of the issue.
