Internet drops off several times a day. Speed is unbearably slow frequently

I have been noticing problems with my internet connection for over few months. It has got to point where its too much. 

The main problem is that the internet speed is unreliable by a big factor. Sometimes it doesn't load, Sometimes its a 5Mbps while I have a contract for 100Mbps.  I also get no internets frequently. I live in Chausseestrasse, 10115 and I found my neighbors having the same problem. 

Is there an immediate plan to fix? If not how do i might need to terminate the contract? 

What do you suggest?

im sorry that your landline is not performing at its best.

If more customers have the same issue its most likely a performance bottleneck.
We monitor our infrastructure closely and upgrade it where its necessary.

But sometimes this process takes a long time, even if all investments have been made.

Are you using a dsl contract?
