I have had your service for about 9 months now. Internet has got progressively slower and is continually dropping out. I have tried to call Vodafone at least 3 times but as my German is not to a high standard the call keeps ending as I am obviously not inputting the correct information. I managed to get hold of someone who spoke English but could not get on his system and gave me the automated Customer Service number.
I am now very frustrated and need this sorted out.
