Hello!
So today i recieved my vodafone router. I followed the online video and set it up. The internet bulb has been flashing red since then (2 hours ago) and the internet is not working! On the router page, it says "docsis is offline".
The customer service line answers in German and my German isn't very good. How do i fix this?

You checked the wiring? The cable route is plugged into the multimedia socket? If yes, a technician has to take over the installation. I order him for you. He contacts you by phone for an appointment.
