I bought Red Internet & Phone 500 Cable plan on 16.10.2018. But technician came yesterday only. Internet was working fine yesterday. Today there was a power cut in my apartment. After that, the router restarted but internet is not working. The internet LED is blinking white (sometime red). I kept it on for almost 1 hours. But no luck. I called 0800-5266625 number. But no one speaks english. Somehow I raised a ticket (***) but till now didn't get any apponitment. I have meetings tonight and tomorrow. Its bit urgent to get internet by today. Looking for a reply from Vodafone.
