Have no internet at my router for 1 month now.

Dear all,

 

I have set up my router correctly almost one month now.

I can see my network from my mobile phone and my laptop but there is a message saying the internet is unavailable for my network.

So, I did not had access at any page that will allow me to activate my internet.

Additionally, there is a green light flashing at my touter all the time.

you have a cable router Sagemcom Fast 5460.

 

Please have a look at our help section for this cable router. There you will also find the instructions for setting up the WLAN. Give it a try, please.

No technician has activated my line.

 

"Did you set up your router with the MIC-Code?"

I have no idea what is this and hust checked the letters that I have received where only can find

"kundennummer" and "Aktivierungscode"

what kind of rouer are you using?
Since you've posted into our dsl board, i guess its an easybox?

Please post a screensho of the error message in your browser.

What's happening when you pick up the telephone receiver?
Once the landline has been activated by a technician from the german telecom (this ca be done remotly sometimes) you should get a voicemessage guiding you through the installation process.

If you open a webpage from the browser of a device connected with the router (if possible via lan) you should get rerouted to a setup page.

Oterwise please have a look ino easy.box / Usename root PW 123456

Then you should get asked to enter the Modem Insallation Code (MIC).
This is 20 Degit Number, which will set up the router for you. You find your MIC in te same Leter "Willkommensbrief" with all your customer info .

If you do not get asked for your MIC by phone or browser - please send me a private message.

Therefore please click on my avatar -> Then on the right side "Diesem Benutzer eine private Nachricht senden".
To open an incident Ticket i need your customer number and your curent mobile number.
