English support - Internet connection only intermittently available in evenings

Hello

My German is not enough to deal with support line.

Is there any support e-mail address?

I have a Red Internet Phone 500 Cable contract.

Internet connection after 18:00 becomes very unreliable.

I do not want to be able to access any site (timeout).

After a router restart, internet returns for about 40 minutes then again disappears.

In these periods, when internet is available and becoming becoming un-intelligible.

This has been going on for the last week.

Hope you are able to help me with this ASAP.
