I have purchased a combi package for internet and cable tv. I have connected the router to the cableplug on the wall and to my computer. The computer recognizes the router but reports that there is no internet. I have tried to call customer service -14 times - but they do not speak english. "This is a german helpline". I have tried to turn off the power to the router and also to connect to the wifi using my cell phone, but I get the same result. Any suggestions?
