[English] New cable customer / no service on the line

Hello,

New customer. I'm not getting Internet service on my vodafone TG3442. Power and wifi all good (with web tools on 192.168.0.1), but Internet light flashing red. The paperwork from vodafone says that the service is active. Any ideas for things I can try?
