Every morning, between 10am and 11am (Today it was exactly 10.30) my internet completely stop (WLAN and LAN) for 10-15min. I am still technically connected to the box, but there is just no internet at all.
There is no change in the led on the cable box during the interruption. If I try to restart the box nothing change, I still have to wait some minutes.
I have added below the event on the box, maybe that can help.
I have also observed (randomly so no screenshot available at hand) that I sometime have a very very high ping (around 6000).
I tried yesterday to factory reset the box, but still this morning the problem arised.
It does not seem that in my building other Vodafone users are experiencing the same issue.
Here is the event log of the Vodafone station:

The new equipement was installed this weekend, after a few days of test well the problem is still there. The connection is actully worst than before... Yesterday evening it was barely impossible to have a zoom meeting.
Today at 10.43 again the connection stopped. I have attache the log
Also I find it really weird that every time the connection stop it also break the 4G of my phone during the time of the outage (which is also vodafone). Coud the two be linked? I have attached pictures the speedtest of my phone during the outage
Would it be possible for you to run tests again because CLEARLY something is wrong here and it impacts my work a lot
Here is the log during the outage:

Hello valentinm,
the mobile connection doesn't interfere with the cable connection. I saw a technician shall visit next monday, the colleague will have a look at that.
Kind regards,
Claudia

Hi here,
Reporting back on the issue, even tho I did receive an sms indicating that the problem is a grid problem and will be fixed in a few month I do believe that something can be done in the mean time.
I have attached the ping plotter graph, it might help see more what is happening: crazy packet loss 🙂
Do you think that going with a HomeBox Fritz! Box 6591 would fix or help with this issue?
Thank

Hello valentinm,
unfortunately the test says nothing. Why do you do a latency test to the manufacturer of the test? The server is in the States and automatically bad. Since the latency is much higher until then. +-100 ms. The values of your box are not visible at all. Please try www.google.de or a comparable site. Please also send the whole excerpt.
Best regards Fred

Hi,
Got it, here is a new test, with screenshot of the issue + two files:
- the excerpt at the moment of the issue
- full file for a couple of days
You can find them in this drive (was not allowed to upload files with this extension) here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1TgyBUToj-JdN9rRAkw9-jiVaRXMwu8jK?usp=sharing
I also created a shared page with the report here: https://share.pingplotter.com/SCRDGyBkXVV
Cheers

Hi Valentin,
at what time do the problems start? We currently have too high a load on the upstreams and I would like to see if there is a connection.

Wallace

Hi valentinm,
The colleague wanted to know, do you have the disturbances all day or only at certain times? For example, only in the evening or only early in the morning?
Kind Regards
Jana

The breaking is getting a bit better, it was always between 10am and 11am and sometimes in the evening.
But I still have constantly 1mbits upload vs 25mbits I should be getting

Hi valentinm,
Here in the region, we are experiencing capacity utilisation problems during peak hours, which is causing bandwidth to plummet in some cases. Our technicians are currently working on network expansion to relieve the strain on the line. A ticket for you has already been created.
Unfortunately, I can't tell you when this will be completed.
Kind regards
Jana
