Hello,
I signed a contract in August with Vodafone through Saturn in Koblenz for DSL. By mid of August, i receive the box.
By end of september a guy comes to my house and goes in basement and checks the wiring and says everything is good an goes away in 5 mins telling me hes coming back but he never showed up again.
I kept on calling Vodafone helpline everyday more than 100 times for days. WHen i dial english hotline, the guy says sorry i can't speak english. And when someone did speak english, they gave me another number and when i called that number they gave me another number and this kept on going on. I litrally have more than 20 numbers now in my diary. I knew that no one wanted to help and i felt there lazy behaviour everytime.
Its an absolute nightmare and there customer call center makes you the most frustrating person in the world.It's basically impossible to make a compalint and now im thinking of filing a Law Suit against them.But before that i just want to ask them here, if they can take away there device and refund my money.
Its december now, all they care is about money going in there account every month, but internet still remains a dream for my new house.

I'm sorry that you still can not use your DSL connection.

I need your name, your customer number, your customer password and a mobile phone number so the technician's can call you.
Also please tell me the LEDs blinking or shining on your modem. Also I need to know the error message you receive when you try to set up your modem with the Modem-Installation-Code.
