EasyBox failures and reset - need MIC

I have DSL service via vodafone. I have an easybox 805 connected. We have often had inconsistent connectivity where sometimes there is no internet or a long time for devices to connect.  Reading some support document it seems I should reset the router, however upon restarting the "MIC" number was needed again. The number I wrote down from the past is not working. I tried to request a new MIC number but four hours later there is still nothing. 

 

Please help!
