Hello,
I have a new contract Red Internet & Phone 100 DSL and I had the connection appointment “einschalt termin” on 12.04.2018 and the Tech support who checked the connection said it should work and I configuring the router with the modem Installation code. but until now I don't have internet connection and the router display "unterbrochen". I called the customer service on Friday,13.04.2018, and he said that someone will contact me during 48hours until now I get no answer. Hopefully I can get some help here.

I had a look into the ticket. As I see you already made an appointment.
The Telekom technician will check the line then.

Did you receive a SMS with a ticket number?
In this case the technicians check the connection and order the Telekom to fix the line.
Here we can just ask for your patience.

I didn't recieve a SMS with a ticket number. What should I do to get a Ticket Number?
The customer support said some one will call me. I didn't get a phone call also.
