Apologies for lack of German.
I'm having troubles with my DSL connection regularly. It keeps disconnecting on a regular basis, and then reconnects after 15 minutes.
Today however, it has been the worst. I dont have a connection since 19.00. That is 5 hours. Incredibly horrible service from Vodafone overall.
Now coming to the symtops. I have a fritzbox 7530 CH router, The DSL line keeps blinking. When i go to the admin page, the status of the DSL is bouncing between the two states: connected and disconnected, as shown from the photo. I have a disconnection issue since years that i am using Vodafone's services, but this is unacceptable! How can you charge 50 eurs/month for a non existing service?
I hope someone from the support team can help me out here. I understand the issue is not caused by you, but hopefully you understand my frustration with the service your company provides. I'm happy to share more information on the matter.

Yes, I am online now. However the problem still persists. From time to time I get disconnected. Is it too hard to take a look at things and at least try to understand the problem? Is it infrastructure, my router, my apartment connection, what is it?

Hey @arikanatakan,
currently I see no disconnects there.
If you have disconnects, we have to open a technician ticket within 24 hours.
How does it work now?
