Hi
I live in Aachen 52064 and my modem seems to be disconnected from the internet. Most of the time the Internet LED on the modem is blinking red and I cannot connect to the internet. The problem started yesterday and I tried replugging the internet cable and resetting the modem but none of them seems to work. Can you please help me?

My Product is Vodafone Red Internet and Phone 50 Cable
I use Vodafone's modem and my devices are connected to it via WLAN
