Connection drops frequently

Hi. 

I created a new issue as suggested at https://forum.vodafone.de/t5/Internet-Telefon-TV-%C3%BCber-Kabel/Cancellation-of-Contract-and-Vouch... 

Since April 2020, my connection drops frequently, every 10-15 minutes. I called the customer service, they try to test the modem remotely. According to them the modem is fine, but the issue was due to the cabel work in my neighbourhood.

Can you please check the status of the connection and resolve the issue?

the modem is offline. I would like to hire a technician to look at it on site. If this is okay for you, I need a cell phone number so we can make an appointment.

Is the house system accessible?

Due to current developments we have to take certain precautions. Therefore, we need to know if there are any symptoms in your household that could be related to Covid-19. We don't want to offend you, of course, but on the other hand we don't want to put more people at risk unnecessarily.

the line is currently clean. Do you take more often from the electricity? How is your PC connected to the router?

I am using wifi connection. I have used the cable before, still same issues. The connections drops after 20-30 minutes.
