Hi.
I created a new issue as suggested at https://forum.vodafone.de/t5/Internet-Telefon-TV-%C3%BCber-Kabel/Cancellation-of-Contract-and-Vouch...
Since April 2020, my connection drops frequently, every 10-15 minutes. I called the customer service, they try to test the modem remotely. According to them the modem is fine, but the issue was due to the cabel work in my neighbourhood.
Can you please check the status of the connection and resolve the issue?

Due to current developments we have to take certain precautions. Therefore, we need to know if there are any symptoms in your household that could be related to Covid-19. We don't want to offend you, of course, but on the other hand we don't want to put more people at risk unnecessarily.

I am using wifi connection. I have used the cable before, still same issues. The connections drops after 20-30 minutes.
