Change of address for a DSL connection : Non German speaker

Hello,

I am going to change my apartment and I would like to move my DSL connection to the new apartment. Unfortunately I didnt find any information about that on the vodafone help pages. I called the customer service but somehow getting any help there is very very difficult for a non German speaker. I would like to know what is the process to move my DSL connection to the new address.

You can order to move your DSL connection in your MeinVodafone Account.

Also you can send me a private message (click on my avatar -> "Diesem Benutzer eine private Nachricht senden")

I need your name , your customer number, your customer password and your new address. Please also send me a mobile phone number so I can call you back.
