Cable Internet Not Working, Router keeps Blinking

Hi all, 

My cable internet stopped working. The internet sign in the router (Model: CH7466CE) keeps blinking.

I tried changing the cable, pluging into different socket, restarting,.. but nothing changed. 

I also tried calling vodafone service but I got no answer.

Could you please help me solving this issue ?
