(BXL260) 15745 Wildau Gigacube Internet is too slow

After the last solution given by @akoch on this thread. The internet is really seems to work without any problem, the speed was not good but it works. 

Now, The same problem persist again. I've tried switching to other bands and networks but nothing works. It happens since 4th August.  Only 3G/HSPS+ or UMTS is shown on portal or LTEWatch tool. The speed is around 200Kbps which is really nothing, takes too long to load a site.

I also attached the picture of the tool which gives you the extra information about the signals strength and band.

Please look into this matter.

I will check what is the reason and will maybe order a repair.
