I had problems with Vodafone router. I reported issue to online service, they were not able to help me as my problem is regarding technical service. Instead online service gave me a technical service number, which has automatic german reply with no possibility to switch it to english. After numerous tries to contact real people, 2-3 technical specialists were not able to speak english. I tried my best to explain in german that I need an appointment with master to see what are the problems I have with my router, but contact persons were not interested in making appointment for me unfortunately.
Then I decided to report issue to WhatsApp bot which 90% of time doesn't work and replies to me after a day or something. Fortunately I was able to report issue and after several days I received call, but didn't have time to respond as call lasts only 1-2 seconds and I had time just to take my phone and see then someone is calling. For me it's clearly call to mark that you called me, but I didn't respond. No one contacts me since that.
So not at all satisfied

thanks a lot for your feedback. Only through this can we put the process to the test.
In order to be able to assign this better: Was it Internet via DSL or cable?
