I dont speak Deutsche and hence i have to ask this on forum.
My 2 yearly contract is almost halfway, and so is the internet speed offered. Today the download speed *piep* at 60 MBPS despite several times restarting the router
This gives me 2 options to offer VODAFONE:
1) Either they offer me the same plan at current rates i.e Euro 19.99 / month from month 13th
2) Allow me to make a new contract with Vodafone Kabel Deutschland at new rates without disrupting my service.
Please advise how do i communicate the same to Vodafone care. It is a mess that thet cant speak in English !!
