Slow Internet After upgrade from 250 Mbps to 1 GB

I have upgraded my internet connection from 250 Mbps to 1 GB  on 7 January 2023 and since then not even getting speed of 250 mbps. Please advise what needs to be done to resolve this issue as its impacting my office work.
