Hi,
I have a 1000 Mbps download and a 50 Mbps upload contract. I usually could get a 500 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload until approximately a month ago. From that time onward my connection has been disrupted frequently and even when it's connected, it's super slow as you can see in the attached image.
I already filed for tickets several times and each time I get that the problem is resolved, but it won't work for more than a few hours. The irony is that at the same time for some reason out of my knowledge, my billing amount has been increased.
I have a remote job and my career depends on a stable internet connection. I may be forced to cancel my contract if this problem doesn't get solved.
