Hi all,
Apologies for addresing the board in english, but my german would not allow me to get far.
Some months ago I managed to get my own cable-router working in my connection and no longer use Vodafone provided one.
Of course that means that the WLAN option in the contract is now useless and I would like to have it removed, but I see no way to do it from the customer portal.
This was already addressed in WLAN-Option Tarifwechsel , but the solution there was to contact Vodafone hotline... which conflicts with my language abilities 😞
Is there any posibility to address this through the forum? I am in no hurry and I see moderators are very helpful around here in bridging with Vodafone back office...
