helping for cancellation my order

I can not find cancellation of order. I need it because I have no German id for this reason we can not fulfill online identification stage. My order date is 11.01.2024 and order number: 53332840. Could you please cancel my order and give information about cancellation to my e-mail. I have to go vodafone shop in my city to buy mobilfunk transactions. I urgently need help because I have no German telephone number in Germany.
