Hello Everyone,
One week ago, I ordered the WLAN-Hotspot and have received the contract documents by mail. However, the signal in my building is not good and I would like to cancel the contract. I read that I can cancel anytime with a one-month notice period, but I don't see in the portal where I can cancel the contract. The only option I see is to add or delete Hotspot account.
I also want to note that I have a kabel Internet, I am happy with it and don't want to cancel that.

that's a pity, but understandable. You can cancel the WLAN-Hotspot Flat with a notice period of 4 weeks to the day via our contact form.

Thanks for your reply. When I try to enter "WLAN Hotspot Flat" or just "Hotspot", the form does not show any options.
It says: " Wir haben leider nicht verstanden, worum es geht. Beschreiben Sie Ihr Anliegen bitte in einem kurzen Satz."
Does it require specific input for cancelling the Wlan Hotspot?
