Gigacube wifi not stable

  1. My gigacube connection is very unstable. There were two times that the connection stop itself and can't be turned on for several hours. Another problem is that sometimes the connection stopped itself and then I have to turn off the Gigacube machine and turn on it again. I have to operate like this 3-4 times every day, which is also quite annoying. And it happens sometimes that the connection is slow than usual, even can't support the video meeting fluently which was quite choppy. I checked with my collegen that it is my connection problem not theirs. Is there anyone who knows how to fix this problem? Or how can I contact with a staff from Vodafone? I never succeed to phone the service hotline, always busy.

Please give me the address, postcode and street without a house number. Then I check, if there is a problem on the network.

up until yesterday there was a fault at around 2 p.m. and there are also maintenance work on the network nearby until June 12, 2020 at around 6 p.m.

In any case, please restart the GigaCube after the maintenance work.

It is really hard situation for me,  and I find that it is always in maintainence and fault. I understand that there are more people using it, which result in more maintainence and fault.  And it is not practical for me to take my GIGACUBE to another place to work. I am considering other ways out. I would like to ask, if I can cancel my contract with Vodafone now? I signed the contract in March, and the using experience of the first month was fine, but the wifi connection is always stuck after that. I really want to cancel it. it is not usable. How can I cancel it?
