Ich spreche Englisch und bisschen Deutsch.
Hello we cancelled our Gigacube contract in July but money is still being taken from our account.
Could you please provide a refund and make sure no more moeny is debited from our account.
We are still with you for prepaid handy service which we are very happy about.
